About Me

I love to build capacity in individuals, teams, and organizations through training, writing, coaching, and consulting. I currently serve as an Associate Professor of Leadership at Trinity Western University and Director of MinistryLift, a training ministry devoted to global leadership development. I'm also the author of four books: "Your Rule of Life," "Maximum Discipleship in the Church," "Navigating Church Politics," and "Ignite: Skills for Leading Dynamic Small Groups." I am available to speak at conferences, retreats, and other training events. I'm passionate about serving leaders as they seek to make a positive difference in our world.
