Like with the church mentioned in the testimony above, I love working with leaders to help them discern next steps whether it’s spending time with leaders at a leadership retreat discerning strategic priorities or consulting with individual leaders wrestling with significant challenges or opportunities. I’m passionate about helping leaders find clarity about their organization’s future.
As a certified leadership coach, I often employ a question-based approach to helping leaders develop a plan for moving forward. Recognizing that it’s relatively easy to come up with a strategic plan, I typically also help leaders reinforce or create follow-up mechanisms that help them stay the course with their strategic priorities.
Much of my consulting work is with churches and other non-profit organizations, although I do some corporate consulting, as well.
